I'm getting tired of all the political mailings and phone calls this week. Except for the truly local elections (Recorder, Clerk, etc) I've alreadly selected my candidates. Please don't make me mad and refuse to vote.

By next Tuesday all the politcal pundits, candidates and sychophantic followers will be quiet. I swear politics makes people stupid.

There's Something You Don't See Every Day.

I've seen some interesting problems with cars, but this is the first time my has caught on fire. I just thankful a friend and a fire extinguisher was nearby. I swear my luck is very bad on a truly cosmic level.

At least the repair shop replaced the shorted out electrical wiring in less than a day. No real fire damage that I can see either. No blown up car either.

What a week eh?
